Since 1987, he has been the head of the Municipal School of Soccer in Santander, home of Racing de Santander. The school is part of the Instituto Municipal de Deportes of Ayuntamiento de Santander Soccer mentor to Hristo Stoichkov, Ivan De la Pena and the Helguera brothers
Instructor to the South Korean Soccer Federation
Author of The Spanish Coaching Soccer Bible, and The Spanish Goalkeeping Bible (copies will be available for purchase at the tournament)
Mr. Ruiz will be bringing one of the youth teams from the Municipal Soccer School of Santander (an affiliate and feeder team for Racing de Santander) with him! Are you ready to play against them???

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Age Groups: U9-U18
Girls will play on Saturday, March 21
Boys will play on Sunday, March 22
Format: 6v6 plus keeper
27-minute games

All guest players must be age appropriate for the bracket, and have player passes and an approved guest player form signed by the applicable league office in order to be permitted to play.
All games will be 6v6 plus a keeper. Given this game format, team rosters are limited to 12 players.
Medical forms are available on the tournament website and from the Tournament Director.
Teams without current passes will not be allowed to play. No refund will be available for teams who are ejected due to not having current passes.
Boys are not permitted to play on girl’s teams.
