Elite Players Travel To Spain To Study with Laureano Ruiz

Attila Nyiri, founder of the Laureano Ruiz Soccer Academy Corp. in the US, recently led a group of thirteen elite soccer players from the Hudson Valley to Santander Spain to train under Laureano Ruiz. The group was in Santander from August 1 to August 16. While in Spain, they trained with Mr. Ruiz and others at the Municipal School of Soccer in Santander, home of Racing de Santander. The school is part of the Instituto Municipal de Deportes of Ayuntamiento de Santander. According to Mr. Nyiri, this is the first of many trips that the two schools will undertake that will allow students from both countries to study soccer at the two sister academies. In addition to playing soccer, the Hudson Valley group met some of the players with Racing de Santander and toured the local area. Reporters from the area newspaper interviewed the US players for the following article.
